Submission of Full Manuscripts

All authors of approved abstracts presented at KLSF 2025 are invited to submit a full manuscript for consideration in one of the partner journals. The submitted manuscript must be an improved and more comprehensive version of the abstract or presentation delivered at the conference.

Manuscript Quality and Scope

Submitted full papers must meet the quality, formatting, and scope requirements of the selected journal. Authors are responsible for ensuring their manuscript adheres to the journal’s specific submission guidelines and ethical standards. All submitted manuscripts will undergo a standard peer review process as determined by the respective journals. Acceptance for publication is not guaranteed and is subject to the outcome of this review process.

Article Processing Charges (APC)

Some partner journals are open-access and may impose an Article Processing Charge (APC). APC will only be applicable if and when the manuscript is successfully accepted for publication. Authors will be informed on the payment procedure by the journal upon acceptance. No APC is charged for submissions that are rejected or withdrawn prior to acceptance.

KLSF 2025 collaborates with multiple journals, some of which offer free publication while others require APC. Authors may indicate their preferred journal (subject to fit and availability), but final assignment will be based on editorial and thematic considerations.

Copyright and Licensing

Authors must comply with the copyright and licensing policies of the respective journal. Most open-access journals operate under Creative Commons licenses; please consult the selected journal’s website for details.

Responsibility of Authors

Authors are solely responsible for the originality, content accuracy, plagiarism check, and ethical compliance of their submission. Any misconduct may lead to rejection or retraction.

All communication regarding the review process, revisions, APC, and final publication will be handled directly between the authors and the journal editorial office.

Publication Timeline

Publication timelines vary by journal and depend on factors such as review duration, revisions, and editorial scheduling. KLSF 2025 does not guarantee a fixed publication date.

Authors may withdraw their manuscript at any stage prior to acceptance. Once accepted, withdrawal requests are subject to the journal’s individual policies and may not be permitted in some cases.
