How to submit an abstract as a presenter?

Abstract submission is through the EasyChair platform, exclusively.
Authors must use an existing EasyChair account or create a new one.

• Enter/create your EasyChair account : Click Here
• Once you have the account, please use this link to access the conference EasyChair page.
Click “make a new submission”
Fill out the abstract form and press the 'Submit' button below.
• Once the abstract review process is completed, you will receive an acceptance notification through email.

• You will receive a notification of acceptance in your email within 2 weeks after submission.
• To register, click the link provided in the notification email.
• Fill out the registration form.
• Complete the payment for the registration fee.
• Click submit.
• Authors will receive a confirmation shortly after submitting the form.

(Note: Only Accepted Abstracts from accounts that have completed the registration fee will be included in the conference.)
