Presentation Guideline

ORAL PRESENTATIONS

Presentation Duration: 10 minutes (slide presentation) + 3 minutes (question and answer) Please follow the guidelines below when preparing your oral presentation.
  • Kindly use the same title submitted with your abstract.
  • Provide appropriate context to ensure an international audience can follow your presentation content.
  • You must allow time for questions within your assigned time slot so please take note of presentation duration.
  • The language of the conference is English.
Preparation of oral presentation
Please prepare your presentation slides using Microsoft PowerPoint in .ppt or .pptx format with a widescreen (16:9)layout.
  • Use of personal laptops during the presentation is not permitted.
  • The file size must not exceed 120 MB.
  • Videos must not be embedded in the slides.
  • Kindly upload your final slides via this link: https://klsf-form.unikl.edu.my below by 25 August 2025 (before 12:00 PM MYT).
  • Only one submission is allowed. Revisions or resubmissions will not be accepted.
  • The presentation schedule will be uploaded on the official website. All presenters are required to be in the presentation room at least 30 minutes before their scheduled time to ensure a smooth flow of the program.

Poster Template
Templates for poster preparation: (UPLOAD POSTER TEMPLATE HERE)
Please prepare your digital poster in portrait format (9:16 ratio, 1080 x 1920 pixels) to fit the LCD display specifications. Posters must be submitted in .png format.
Presenters are welcome to customise the design and aesthetics of their posters to reflect their personal style. However, the following sections must be clearly included:
  • Poster title
  • Author(s) name and affiliation(s)
  • A brief abstract (recommended: 150 words)
Presentation Details
  • Presentation Duration: 10 minutes at your assigned poster display area.
  • Your poster number will be listed in the program book and displayed on the screen during the poster session.
  • Please include a short abstract (approximately 150 words) on your poster to help viewers quickly understand your research focus.
  • Ensure your content is presented with sufficient context and clarity for an international audience.
  • At least one author must be present at the poster during the designated session to answer questions from attendees.
Slide Submission & Presentation Schedule
  • Kindly upload your poster according to the guidelines using the link: https://klsf-form.unikl.edu.my by 25 August 2025 before 12pm MYT. The submission is once only and amendment is not allowed.
  • Please do not attach video in your poster.
The presentation schedule will be uploaded on the official KL 2025 website. Please check your session details and arrive at your poster display at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time to ensure a smooth flow of the program.
